Mark Evans Dies in Pedestrian Accident on Morro Bay Boulevard near Bernardo Avenue

 
MORRO BAY, CA (July 20, 2021) — Mark Evans died in a pedestrian accident on Morro Bay Boulevard near Bernardo Avenue Thursday.
 
According to police, the fatal crash happened around noon. For unknown reasons, a Mission County Disposal truck struck 69-year-old Evans. Subsequently, police found Evans’ body near a roundabout on Morro Bay Boulevard.
 
Tragically, Evans died in the crash.
 
At this time, the driver of the truck is cooperating with the investigation. However, neither alcohol nor drugs appear to have played a role in the accident.
