Maria Robles Killed by Semi-Truck on Camino Del Sol at Kinetic Drive

 
OXNARD, CA (November 7, 2022) — Maria Robles was hit and killed by a semi-truck on Camino Del Sol at Kinetic Drive.
 
According to the Oxnard Police Department, the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 2:00 a.m. on Thursday. For unknown reasons, a 31-year-old San Bernardino man, making a turn from westbound Camino Del Sol onto Kinetic Drive, struck 51-year-old Robles.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded to the scene and found an unresponsive pedestrian on the road and pronounced whom authorities later identified as Robles deceased.
 
As for the driver, he stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators.
 
At this time, authorities have ruled out impairment as an explanation for the crash. However, an ongoing investigation should confirm more details. If anyone has more to add, please call the Oxnard Police.
