WHITTIER, CA (April 6, 2022) — A man and woman were injured in a multi-car accident on Lambert Road and Colima Road on Sunday.
 
According to reports, the multi-vehicle crash happened around 3:30 p.m. For unknown reasons, police were trying to pull over a blue Lexus SUV. Subsequently, the Lexus SUV carrying a man and a woman crashed into two vehicles.
 
As a result, the duo suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening. No one else reported any injuries.
 
During the investigation, police uncovered narcotics and a weapon inside the Lexus. However, the crash and incident are still under investigation. Therefore, anyone with information should contact the Los Angeles County Police department.
