Motorcyclist Dies after Colliding with Two Vehicles on 10 Freeway in Redlands

 
REDLANDS, CA (April 6, 2022) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident on 10 Freeway in Redlands on Tuesday morning.
 
The fatal accident happened around 9:00 a.m. on April 5 near Tennessee Street on the westbound side of the freeway. Preliminary reports indicated the motorcyclist was speeding on the freeway when he lost control. He then struck two vehicles and was ejected from his bike that caught fire.
 
When officers arrived, they found the motorcyclist suffering from fatal injuries and pronounced him dead at the scene.
 
At this time, the identity of the motorcyclist was withheld pending notification of his family members.
 
It is unclear if the drivers of the other involved vehicles have stayed after the crash.
 
The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident.
