Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Two Vehicles on Sea World Drive in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 4, 2024) – A man was killed in a pedestrian accident on Sea World Drive in San Diego Wednesday evening on April 3.
 
The fatal accident happened shortly before 9:00 p.m., just east of West Mission Drive. According to the San Diego Police Department, the man was dancing in the middle of Sea World Drive when a Honda Fit struck him.
 
The impact threw the victim into the path of an oncoming Toyota Camry, which ran over him.
 
First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.
 
The name, age and city of residence of the victim were not immediately available.
 
The circumstances of this fatality are still under investigation.
