RIVERSIDE, CA (August 30, 2022) – A man was killed in a pedestrian accident on 15 Freeway in Riverside on Sunday morning, August 28.
 
The accident happened around 5:08 a.m. just north of Box Springs Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white sedan had crashed into the center divider for unknown reasons.
 
After the initial crash, the victim reportedly ran in front of a Gray Nissan Frontier. The car then struck him, causing him fatal injuries.
 
At this time, the identity of the victim was not immediately available.
