21-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in Rohnert Park Accident on Redwood Drive and Business Park Drive

 
ROHNERT PARK, CA (May 10, 2024) – A man died in a motorcycle accident on Redwood Drive, Wednesday evening.
 
According to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety, the incident happened on May 8, at about 10:30 p.m. A northbound vehicle reportedly turned left onto Business Park Drive, entering the path of a southbound motorcycle.
 
The motorcyclist then crashed into the side of the vehicle at the intersection of Redwood Drive and Business Park Drive.
 
Emergency crews transported the motorcyclist to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, where he later died. Authorities withheld the identity of the 21-year-old victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle and two passengers were also hospitalized for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Responders temporarily closed the road to make way for an investigation. As per reports, alcohol was ruled out as a factor in the collision.
