Motorcyclist Dies after Colliding with Truck on Highway 94 in El Cajon

 
EL CAJON, CA (February 20, 2023) – A man died in a motorcycle accident on Highway 94 in El Cajon on February 10.
 
The fatal accident happened around 9:07 p.m. at Millar Ranch Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, the man was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a truck. The impact ejected him from his bike.
 
Responding paramedics transported the motorcyclist to Sharp Memorial Hospital with significant injuries.
 
Despite life-saving efforts at the hospital, the victim was pronounced dead. He was a 45-year-old San Diego resident.
 
It is unknown if the driver of the truck stayed after the crash.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved are still under investigation.
