Motorcyclist Dies after Crashing on Highway 94 near Chollas Lake Park and Struck by Several Vehicles

 
CHOLLAS LAKE PARK, CA (April 5, 2024) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Highway 94 near Chollas Lake Park in San Diego Thursday morning on April 4.
 
The fatal accident happened shortly after 5:30 a.m. on the westbound side of the highway, just east of Kelton Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, the man was riding his motorcycle when he crashed his bike on the highway.
 
Moments later, several vehicles struck the man while lying on the highway.
The victim suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. His name and age were not immediately available.
 
This fatality is still under investigation.
