Fatal Rancho Peñasquitos Motorcycle Crash on Black Mountain Road

 
RANCHO PENASQUITOS, CA (April 1, 2024) — A man died in a motorcycle accident on Black Mountain Road near Carmel Mountain Road.
 
According to the San Diego Police, the fatal single-car crash happened around 12:19 p.m. Friday. For an unknown reason, a man lost control of his southbound 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle on Black Mountain Road. Subsequently, his motorcycle, traveling at a high rate of speed, crashed.
 
Shortly after, firefighter-paramedics arrived at 13500 Black Mountain Road and found the 47-year-old man with fatal injuries. Officials did not release his name.
