Police Discovers Dead Body on Atlantic Boulevard in Monterey Park

 
MONTEREY PARK, CA (May 23, 2023) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Atlantic Boulevard in Monterey Park early Saturday morning on May 20.
 
Around 1:36 a.m., police discovered the man’s dead body in the middle of the northbound lanes near the 60 Freeway overpass. The victim appeared to have been struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
 
Authorities did not release the victim’s gender or identity at this time.
 
The hit-and-run suspect remains at large.
