Head-On Crash on Grant Line Road in Elk Grove Leaves 1 Driver Dead

 
ELK GROVE, CA (April 28, 2023) – A man was killed in a head-on accident at Grant Line Road and Bradshaw Road in Elk Grove on Thursday morning.
 
The fatal accident happened around 5:00 a.m. on April 27. According to the Elk Grove Police Department, a red Honda sedan was traveling eastbound on Grant Line Road when it drifted into the westbound lane. It then collided head-on into a white pickup truck.
 
The Honda driver, a 24-year-old man and the only occupant of that vehicle, died at the scene.
 
The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries.
 
Investigators are still trying to determine if either driver was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
