DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, CA (April 29, 2023) – A 14-year-old student was hit by a vehicle near Berendo Middle School in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday on April 26.
 
According to the Los Angeles City Council, the student was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
 
The initial report did not indicate if the driver of the vehicle stayed after the crash. The condition of the student was also not immediately known.
