Bicyclist Dies after Struck by Vehicle near 5th Avenue in Redlands

 
REDLANDS, CA (December 12, 2022) – A man was killed in a bicycle accident near 5th Avenue and Marion Road in Redlands on Thursday morning.
 
The accident happened just before 9:00 a.m. on December 8. According to the Redlands Police Department, the man was riding his bicycle when a vehicle struck him.
 
The impact caused the man fatal injuries and he died at the scene. He was not yet identified.
 
It is unknown if the involved driver stayed after the crash.
 
An investigation into this fatality is underway.
