Man Hospitalized in Pedestrian Crash on Nord Avenue in Chico

 
CHICO, CA (May 2, 2023) — A man was injured in a pedestrian accident on Nord Avenue near East Avenue.
 
According to the Chico Police Department, the pedestrian accident happened around 10:12 p.m. Sunday. For an unknown reason, a driver traveling on Nord Avenue struck a 40-year-old man near the Royal Palms Mobile Home Park.
 
Paramedics responded to the scene and took him to Enloe Medical Center for minor to moderate injuries. Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators.
