Woman Killed in Possible Street Race Crash near Holt Avenue in Pomona

 
POMONA, CA (May 2, 2023) — A woman died in a possible street racing accident near Holt Avenue and Clark Avenue.
 
According to the Pomona police officers, the two-vehicle crash happened around 11:50 p.m. Wednesday. Witnesses informed authorities that the victim was riding in one of the two sedans possibly street-racing the other vehicle. What caused the crash is unclear at this point.
 
The woman, believed to be in her 30s, suffered major injuries and died in the accident. Meanwhile, one driver sustained critical injuries and the other one reported no injuries. The Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics brought the patient to a hospital for care.
