BERRY CREEK, CA (April 22, 2024) —  A man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Bald Rock Road at Sand Creek Drive.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorcycle crash happened on Thursday. For an unknown reason, a motorcycle heading westbound on Bald Creek Road struck a vehicle turning left. Subsequently, CHP officers arrived and temporarily blocked the area to investigate the crash.
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived and took the injured motorcyclist to Oroville Hospital with major injuries. Reports did not specify if the other driver was hurt.
 
At the time of the report, CHP officers did not suspect impairment to have factored into the cause. However, the crash remains under investigation.
