Motorist Intentionally Hits Man on Bear Valley Road in Apple Valley after Argument

 
APPLE VALLEY, CA (December 26, 2022) – A man was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Bear Valley Road in Apple Valley on December 19.
 
The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 21700 block of Bear Valley Road. According to the Apple Valley Police Department, the victim and suspect, both adult males, got into an argument outside a convenience store.
 
The suspect got into his vehicle and accelerated toward the victim. The car struck the victim causing him to be thrown onto the hood of the car. The suspect then fled the scene and remains at large.
 
The victim suffered injuries to his mouth and back. Paramedics transported him to a local hospital for treatment.
 
At this time, an investigation is ongoing. Police urged anyone with information to call them at 760-240-7400.
