Man Killed in Highway 245 Head-On Accident in Tulare County

 
TULARE COUNTY, CA (April 4, 2023) — A man died in a 2-car crash on Highway 245 near Avenue 368.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened around 8:00 p.m. Sunday. For unknown reasons, a 32-year-old man from Cutler driving a northbound Honda veered out of his lane while negotiating a curve in the road. Subsequently, the Honda veered into the southbound lanes and crashed into a Chevrolet Tahoe.
 
Tragically, the Honda driver perished in the accident. As for the driver of the Chevrolet, he or she reported no injuries.
 
Authorities do not know if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the accident, but an investigation into the details should reveal what drove the crash.
