Multi-Vehicle Accident on 15 Freeway in Victorville Leaves One Driver in Critical Condition

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 20, 2024) – A man was airlifted in a multi-vehicle accident on 15 Freeway in Victorville Tuesday night on March 19.
 
The accident happened around 6:30 p.m., just south of the Roy Rogers Drive off-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white van, a small SUV and two other vehicles collided.
 
After the crash, two occupants were unable to exit from one of the vehicles.
 
First responders located the involved vehicles with extensive damage from the crash.
 
Fire crews used the jaws of life to extricate the male driver of a black 1998 Honda Civic.
 
After extrication, a helicopter took that man to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
 
Meanwhile, a ground ambulance took a second male patient to a local hospital with minor injuries.
 
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
