Lanes Shut Down After Car and Big Rig Crash on Highway 84 in Sunol

 
SUNOL, CA (January 9, 2023) — Authorities closed several lanes after a car and big rig accident on Highway 84 near the 680 Freeway earlier Thursday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle collision happened around 5:10 a.m. On Highway 84, also known as Vallecitos Road, a car and a big rig collided.
 
Authorities responded soon after and closed several lanes of the highway. By 7:45 a.m., officials reopened the roads.
 
The report did not say whether anyone suffered an injury. Although, we will update this report with more information should we receive any.
