Kevin Flores Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident on 60 Freeway [Diamond Bar, CA]

Early Morning Crash in Diamond Bar Kills 31-Year-Old Man

 
DIAMOND BAR, CA (January 9, 2022) – Kevin Flores was killed in a two-vehicle accident on 60 Freeway in Diamond Bar early Thursday morning.
 
The accident happened around 1:07 a.m. on January 6, at the intersection with 57 Freeway. According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatality involved two vehicles.
 
When officers arrived, they found Flores suffering from a blunt force trauma.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, Flores died at the scene. He was 31 years old, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
 
Both vehicles sustained moderate to major front-end damage from the crash.
 
Crews closed the transition road between the 60 and 57 freeways while they cleared the wreckage.
 
At this time, it is unknown drugs or alcohol was a factor. The circumstances surrounding the accident remain under investigation.
