67-Year-Old Man Dies after Struck by Car in Huntington Beach
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (February 23, 2024) – Johnny Lee Davis was killed in a pedestrian accident in Huntington Beach Wednesday evening on February 21.
The fatal accident happened around 10:00 p.m. on Beach Boulevard at Williams Drive. According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, Davis was crossing Beach Boulevard when a 2021 Tesla Model Y struck him.
The impact caused Davis fatal injuries and he died at the scene. He was a 67-year-old Stockton resident.
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old driver from Huntington Beach stayed on scene and cooperated with police.
Police do not suspect drugs or alcohol as a factor in the crash. An investigation is underway.
