Francisco Mosqueda Uninjured in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Highway 14 near Avenue N

 
PALMDALE, CA (June 8, 2023) — Francisco Mosqueda escaped injury in Tuesday’s deadly pedestrian accident on Highway 14 near Avenue N.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly pedestrian accident happened around 5:03 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a 29-year-old man was hit by a semi-truck in the No. 3 lane of Highway 14.
 
The unidentified Palmdale resident died in the crash. Authorities have yet to release his name.
 
As for the 47-year-old big rig driver, identified as Francisco Mosqueda, he reported no injuries and stayed at the scene for the investigation.
