High-Speed Crash Involving Two Vehicles on Owensmouth Avenue in Woodland Hills Sends 4 People to Hospital, One in Critical Condition

 
WOODLAND HILLS, CA (July 12, 2023) – Four people were hospitalized after a high-speed crash on Owensmouth Avenue in Woodland Hills late Friday evening on July 7.
 
The crash happened around 10:37 p.m. just between Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Canoga Avenue. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the crash involved two vehicles.
 
When officers arrived, they found four people trapped inside the vehicles.
 
Fire personnel freed the victims and took them to a hospital, where one of the patients was in critical condition.
 
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. An investigation into this crash is ongoing.
