34-Year-Old Woman Dies after Struck by Hit-and-Run Car on El Segundo Boulevard in Willowbrook

 
WILLOWBROOK, CA (November 6, 2022) – Elise Kelley died in a hit-and-run crash on El Segundo Boulevard in an unincorporated area of Willowbrook late Friday evening.
 
The fatal crash happened around 11:45 p.m. on November 4 just east of Willowbrook Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, the the 34-year-old victim was crossing the roadway when a car struck her.
 
After the crash, the driver of the car did not stop to render aid.
 
Kelley suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. She was possibly homeless.
