Eddie Irby III Killed in Traffic Accident on 154th Street [West Rancho Dominguez, CA]

Late Evening Crash in West Rancho Dominguez Kills 56-Year-Old Driver

 
WEST RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA (November 28, 2022) – Eddie Irby III died in a traffic accident in the unincorporated community of West Rancho Dominguez late Thursday evening on November 24.
 
The accident happened around 11:28 p.m. at 154th Street and Tarrant Avenue. According to California Highway Patrol, Irby was driving a black sedan when he crashed into parked vehicles for unknown reasons.
 
The impact caused Irby blunt-force injuries. Paramedics rushed him to a hospital, where he later died. He was a 56-year-old Gardena resident.
 
It is unknown if there are other people in the black sedan.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
