ARROYO GRANDE, CA (May 16, 2022) — Dylan Lammers faces an arrest in a fatal bicycle crash on Los Berros Road near El Campo Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal bicycle crash happened at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday. For unknown reasons, 41-year-old Lammers failed to see the 19-year-old bicyclist on the right side of the lane.
Subsequently, Lammers struck the bike’s rear end before fleeing the scene.
However, Lammers called authorities to report the collision and police arrested the Nipomo man at his home.
Meanwhile, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the crash site and found the teen bicyclist with fatal injuries.
