DAIRYVILLE, CA (October 12, 2023) — One driver suffered minor injuries in a delivery truck accident on Highway 99 near Oklahoma Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened Wednesday. For an unknown reason, a southbound 2014 Peterbilt delivery truck collided with a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado exiting out of Jill’s Market.
 
Subsequently, crews closed Highway 99 North for 15 minutes while emergency crews tended to the accident. Meanwhile, paramedics took the 24-year-old male driver of the Chevrolet Silverado to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. As for the 40-year-old man driving the Peterbilt, he did not report any injuries.
