Passenger Dies after Car Overturns at Almeria Avenue and Arrow Boulevard

 
FONTANA, CA (June 12, 2023) – Deavon Hall-Staten was killed in a rollover accident in Fontana Wednesday morning on June 7.
 
The accident happened around 10:30 a.m. at Almeria Avenue and Arrow Boulevard. According to the Fontana Police Department, a vehicle was traveling in the area when it overturned for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived on the scene, they found the male passenger suffering from critical injuries.
 
Paramedics rushed him to Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Fontana, where he later died.
 
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division identified Hall-Staten as the fatal victim. He was a 35-year-old Fontana resident.
 
Meanwhile, the female driver sustained minor injuries.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
