Fatal Two-vehicle Crash Occurs on Ramon Road in Thousand Palms

 
PALM SPRINGS, CA (May 20, 2021) – Police identified Dalia Valle as the victim who died in an accident on North Gene Autry Trail on May 15.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Salvia Road shortly before 6:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department coroner’s office identified Dalia Valle, a 26-year-old woman from Cathedral City, as the woman who died following a crash at the intersection. However, the details that led to the accident were not immediately available.
 
Consequently, officials quickly closed Gene Autry between East Via Escuela and Salvia.
 
At this point, no other details are available. In addition, the Palm Springs Police Department is investigating the incident.
