Cooper Wood Hurt, Nathan Fish Involved in Pedestrian Crash on Bradley Road near Parkland Drive
ORCUTT, CA (July 9, 2021) — Cooper Wood was injured in a pedestrian accident on Bradley Road near Parkland Drive Sunday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian crash happened around 9:00 p.m. For unknown reasons, 19-year-old Wood was standing on the road’s right shoulder and reportedly ran directly into the path of an oncoming truck. As a result, 19-year-old Nathan Fish struck Wood with his Ford F-150.
Soon after, paramedics arrived and quickly transported Wood to Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara. At this time, detectives do not believe alcohol and drugs played as factors in this accident. However, an ongoing investigation continues.
