HOPLAND, CA (January 5, 2023) — Children were among those injured after a pickup crashed off Highway 101 near Cloverdale.
 
According to reports, the single-car crash happened around 2:48 p.m. Tuesday. For some reason, a woman operating a full-size Chevy pickup southbound on Highway 101 veered off the highway and traveled down an embankment, about 100 feet.
 
An Incident Commander contacted two ground ambulances after canceling a helicopter due to severe weather. According to reports, at least one of the occupants suffered major injuries.
