Bicyclist Fatally Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on Mission Boulevard in Ontario

 
ONTARIO, CA (August 8, 2021) – A bicyclist died in a hit-and-run crash on Mission Boulevard in Ontario late Monday evening.
 
The fatal crash happened around 11:00 p.m. on August 2 at the intersection with Cucamonga Avenue. According to the Ontario Police Department, the bicyclist was struck by an unknown vehicle while traveling in the area.

The driver of the vehicle did not stop after the crash, leaving the victim with fatal injuries.

Responding officers pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene.

At this time, the suspect is still at large. Police said the vehicle would likely have collision damage to the front.
