Woman Dies after Crashing into Flatbed Truck in Chino Hills

 
CHINO HILLS, CA (November 19, 2022) – Ashley Perez was killed in a traffic accident in Chino Hills Thursday morning on November 17.
 
The accident happened around 8:00 a.m. at Peyton Drive and Olympic View Drive. According to reports, Perez was driving her car when she crashed into a flatbed truck.
 
As a result of the crash, Perez suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. She was 31 years old from Ontario.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol were contributing factors. An investigation into this fatality is still ongoing.
