Motorcyclist Andrew Chilcott Dies in Crash at Via Marina and Marquesas Way

 
MARINA DEL REY, CA (October 14, 2022) – Andrew Chilcott died in a motorcycle accident in Maria Del Rey early Thursday morning on October 13.
 
The accident happened around 12:04 a.m. at the intersection of Via Marina and Marquesas Way. According to the California Highway Patrol, Chilcott was riding his motorcycle when the crash occurred.
 
First responders pronounced Chilcott dead at the scene. He was 39 years old from Marina del Rey, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol was a factor.
 
At this time, the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
