Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Vehicle on Highway 101 in Mill Valley

 
MILL VALLEY, CA (April 18, 2022) – Andrew Warner Barone was killed in a pedestrian accident on Highway 101 in Mill Valley on Sunday evening.
 
The fatal accident happened just before 10:00 p.m. on April 17 near the Seminary Drive off-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, Barone was walking on the on the highway when a vehicle struck him.
 
The driver of the vehicle immediately stopped and call authorities.
 
Officers arrived soon after and pronounced Barone dead at the scene.
 
Barone was a 35-year-old man from Lockport, New York, according to the Marin County Sheriff’s Office.
 
At this time, the circumstances of this accident remain under investigation.
