Bicyclist Aaron Cobb Killed in West Los Angeles Hit-and-Run

 
WEST LOS ANGELES, CA (November 23, 2023) – Authorities identified 46-year-old Aaron Cobb as the bicyclist killed in a hit-and-run accident on Cotner Avenue, Tuesday evening.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened on November 21, at about 10:30 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a vehicle hit the bicyclist near Santa Monica Boulevard.
 
Emergency crews pronounced Cobb dead at the scene.
 
However, the driver fled the area and did not stop to render aid.
 
There was no description of the suspect or vehicle immediately available.
 
LAPD continues to investigate the cause of the fatal accident. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the investigators.
