66-Year-Old Cynthia Dudley Dies in 2-Vehicle Accident at Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue

 
GLENDORA, CA (April 2, 2024) — Cynthia Dudley died in a 2-car crash at Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue.
 
According to Glendora police officers, the two-vehicle accident happened around 3:00 p.m. Sunday. For unknown reasons, an unidentified driver rear-ended a sedan driven by 66-year-old Dudley. Subsequently, the force sent Dudley’s vehicle crashing into a tree.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded to the scene but the Azusa woman died from her injuries. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner later identified her.
 
As for the other driver, he or she reported no injuries, and authorities did not say what led to the accident. However, if anyone has additional insight into this collision, please call the Glendora police officers.
