6 Hurt, 2-Vehicle Rollover Crash on Venice Boulevard in Mid-City

 
MID-CITY, CA (May 7, 2024) — Six people suffered significant injuries in a 2-car rollover accident on Venice Boulevard near La Brea Avenue.
 
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the two-car crash happened in the 4700 block of Venice Boulevard. Under unclear circumstances, two vehicles crashed in the Mid-City neighborhood of Los Angeles. Subsequently, one car rolled over.
 
Minutes later, Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and extricated one person trapped in a dark-colored car. Following the rescue, paramedics ushered five people with moderate to critical injuries to a hospital for care. The patients included a 51-year-old man in serious condition and a 51-year-old woman and a 62-year-old woman in critical condition.
 
Additionally, a 46-year-old man who suffered only minor injuries declined care.
