FULLERTON, CA (September 1, 2022) — Four people were injured in a head-on accident on Orangethorpe Avenue near Lemon Street on Friday.
 
According to Fullerton Police, the two-vehicle crash happened around 8:30 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, two cars – described as a new Nissan Altima and a dark-colored minivan – crashed in a head-on fashion.
 
Soon after, authorities and paramedics responded to find the Nissan facing the wrong direction in the traffic lanes.
 
In addition, four people were brought to a local trauma center in unknown conditions.
