Three Vehicles Collide on Palmdale Boulevard Injuring 3 People Including Deputy

 
PALMDALE, CA (January 17, 2024) – Three people were injured in a three-vehicle accident on Palmdale Boulevard late Saturday afternoon on January 13.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy in a westbound patrol car rear-ended a Honda Accord in the 1500 block of Palmdale Boulevard around 5:30 p.m. The impact slightly pushed the civilian vehicle into oncoming traffic, where it clipped an eastbound Honda Pilot.
 
As a result, two people in the Honda Pilot complained of pain and were taken by ambulance to a hospital for treatment. The deputy was also taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
 
At this time, the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
