Head-On Crash on Highway 180 in Fresno County Seriously Injures 3 People

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (November 30, 2023) – Three people were hospitalized after a head-on accident on Highway 180 in Fresno County near Kerman Friday evening on November 24.
 
The accident happened around 9:11 p.m. at the intersection with Shasta Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver car was traveling eastbound on the highway and a black pickup truck was traveling westbound. For unknown reasons, the vehicles collided head-on in the eastbound lane of travel.
 
As a result, three people suffered major injuries, one of them was transported by air.
 
The driver of the pickup truck sustained minor injuries and refused transportation.
 
At this time, drugs and alcohol are not considered factors in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
