SACRAMENTO, CA (July 21, 2022) — A 2-year-old suffered serious injuries in a pedestrian accident on Rio Linda Boulevard at Phillipi Way.
 
According to Sacramento Police, the pedestrian accident happened at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck the toddler near the intersection.
