One Seriously Hurt after Two-Vehicle Accident on Charter Way near Tillie Lewis Drive in Stockton

 
STOCKTON, CA (July 25, 2022) – Two people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle accident on Charter Way on Thursday afternoon.
 
According to the Stockton Fire Department, the incident happened on July 21, at about 4:30 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a silver Acura sedan and a black Honda sedan collided near Tillie Lewis Drive.
 
The impact of the collision caused the Acura sedan to overturn. As per reports, the front wheel of the Honda was also torn off.
 
Emergency crews transported a man to San Joaquin General Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. A woman also needed hospitalization for minor injuries.
 
The Stockton Police Department continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
