Four Vehicles Collide on Hackberry Lane near Carmichael Leaving 2 People in Critical Condition

 
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (April 10, 2023) – Two people were critically injured in a four-vehicle accident at Hackberry Lane and Madison Avenue on Thursday morning.
 
The accident happened around 8:00 a.m. on April 6 just near Carmichael. According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, four vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.
 
Crews responded and found two people who required extrication from two separate vehicles.
 
A total of four people were injured, three of them were taken to a hospital. Two patients were listed in critical condition.
