Children Among 5 Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Folsom Boulevard in Folsom
FOLSOM, CA (October 7, 2024) — Children were among five people injured in a multi-car accident on Folsom Boulevard near Greenback Lane.
The Folsom Fire Department responded to reports of a multi-vehicle collision around 12:12 p.m. Sunday. Upon responding near the Lake Natoma Crossing Bridge in Folsom, officers learned that a FedEx truck, an SUV and a truck hauling a trailer collided.
Traffic investigators did not specify the reasons leading to the multi-vehicle collision that left two children and three adults, including the FedEx driver, with minor to moderate injuries.
However, police will look into the possible factors. Those with information can call the California Highway Patrol.
