17-Year-Old Sadie Najera Dies in Pedestrian Crash on Union Avenue near Belle Terrace

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 23, 2021) — Sadie Najera died in a pedestrian accident on Union Avenue near Belle Terrace on May 13.
 
According to reports, Najera began walking home from her grandmother’s house. However, under unclear circumstances, a driver struck her between Belle Terrace and Ming Avenue.
 
As a result, the 17-year-old died despite having received life-saving efforts.
