FRESNO COUNTY, CA (February 13, 2023) – A 16-year-old passenger was killed in a DUI crash at Elkhorn Avenue and Dickenson Avenue on Sunday morning.

The fatal crash happened just before 5:30 a.m. on February 12, near the Riverdale area.
