LOS ALAMOS, CA (June 6, 2022) — One person suffered an injury in a motorcycle accident on Bell Street at Waite Street on Saturday evening.
 
According to Fire Capt. Daniel Bertucelli, the motorcycle accident took place around 6:00 p.m. Upon responding to the scene, Santa Barbara County firefighters learned that a motorcyclist had crashed into a vehicle.
 
Due to the nature of the crash, a 27-year-old suffered unknown injuries and was airlifted to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for immediate care.
 
At this time, the California Highway Patrol has not identified the leading cause of the crash or where the responsibilities fall. However, an ongoing investigation should clarify these details.
